Ensuring the swift and secure delivery of your purchases is paramount to us. At Uscential, we cherish every customer, which is why we entrust our deliveries to our select courier partners. To guarantee the safety of your order, we require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available, kindly arrange an alternative recipient, such as a colleague or neighbor.

Please Note: Deliveries do not occur on public holidays, as these may impact delivery times.

• Within Lagos: Standard Delivery is ₦2,000 – ₦4,000. Depending on your location. (shipping prices may change at any time)
  • Expected Arrival: 2 – 4 business days.
    
    
• Outside Lagos: Standard Delivery is ₦5,500.00. (shipping prices may change at any time)
  • Expected Arrival: 5 – 7 business days.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Uscential is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.
• We cannot be held responsible for goods received by someone other than the intended recipient.
• Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery.
• Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect them.

• Customers are required to sign for all orders upon receipt.
• Upon delivery, please ensure the order is accurate and in good condition before signing.
• Delivery timelines commence once your order has been processed until our delivery partner’s first attempt to deliver to you.
