How do i place an order ?
Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
- Click on ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart
- Click on Cart in the top right corner
- Click on CHECKOUT
Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your:
- Email and password >> Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate >>
- Choose your preferred Payment Method >> Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order.
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order)
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:
- Log in to your Uscential account
- Click on My Account in the top right corner (Your name will appear here if you’re logged in)
- Click on Orders on the left panel
- Click to see more details of the item
This will show the status of your product

If I return an item, when will I receive my refund or exchange?

Can my package be delivered to an office address?
Yes, your package can be delivered to any address that suits you. Simply enter your preferred address as the delivery address when placing your order.
What do I do if an item is damaged, defective or missing?
We require that you report all claims for shortages or damages to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery; we will resolve them within 7 working days. We may insist that you send a picture of the damaged product or return it to us before any action can be taken.
For defective items, on receipt of the item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Unit to verify claims, and feedback will be given within 7 working days.
